Return & Shipping Policy

• The package would be delivered in 3-5 Business Days.
• Customized Items like 3D illusion Lamp and neon Signs would not be returned.
• Make a video of the package while opening it so it can be used as proof of a refund if it has been damaged while shipping.
• No customized order will be refunded due to grammar error or spelling errors from your side.
• If an item is damaged or faulty it will be reshipped we do not entertain refunds as these are customized items.
